This EULA is a plain-language starting point and does not constitute legal advice. Have it reviewed by qualified counsel before production launch.

1. License grant

Subject to your compliance with this agreement and the Terms of Service, Dojiq grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Dojiq software for your own personal or internal trading purposes during the period your account is active.

2. Restrictions

3. Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. Dojiq and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of the data and credentials you provide.

4. Your accounts and credentials

The software acts on brokerage and exchange accounts you connect using API keys you supply. You are responsible for the keys you generate, the permissions you grant, and the activity on your connected accounts. We recommend trade-only keys with withdrawals disabled.

5. Third-party services

The software interoperates with third-party services such as brokers, exchanges, market-data providers, and payment processors. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions.

6. Beta and updates

The software is provided during beta and may change, be updated, or be withdrawn at any time. Updates may be applied automatically. This agreement governs all updates unless an update is accompanied by a separate license.

7. No warranty

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Dojiq does not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that it will achieve any particular trading result.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dojiq and its operators will not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach it, or when your account is closed or the Service is discontinued. On termination you must stop using the software. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

10. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
